Welcome to Lake Fork. Lake level is -4.88 below full pool and surface temps are 77 to 79 degrees. The lake is now coming out of turnover but water is still off colored. The bass bite had been a a little off but is getting better.  We are still fishing relatively shallow.  Early we're starting out in about 3 to 5ft. Then as it gets a little later fishing out 12 to 15ft. A lot of shad have been moving to the back of the lager creeks. Using tx. rig, free rig, drop shot and shorter leader c-rig. When cloudy  some top water. also shallow cranks. Tomato, African Special and  Red Bug  on the plastics. As we get into November I like to fish some of the main stuff also a little deeper.
